Great and fast service

Bob Jenkins was absolutely great, , knows his stuff

Our salesman put our needs as a priority and worked very hard when issues arose to ensure they were handled promptly and respectfully. Amazing service.

Rick was great - explained everything, very thorough and detailed.

When I got there I was greeted by Nester with a big smile and very professional. I didn't have an appointment the problem where 2 of my tires. The one temporarily fixed at the service plaza on the turnpike due to a flat tire. The servive department was very busy but Nestor worked his magic and my tires problem was resolved. I have been a member of the Schumacher family since 2015 and have purchased 3 vehicles from Schumacher Buick.

Very good excellent

Steven and Tylyn were very helpful and professional and answered all our questions and concerns. Steven took the time to explain all the features and operation of the car. The purchase of the new Encore GX was a pleasant experiance and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car.
