I enjoy working with my service advisor, Nestor, who always sees to it that my car is well taken care of. He keeps me informed as to the service that is needed to keep my car in good working condition. I have complete confidence in him that he will not lead me in the wrong direction. I have been working with Nestor for a number of years and he has never led me in the wrong direction as it relates to the care of my car(s).

We could not speak with anyone regarding a status of our vehicle. We had to go to the dealer just to speak to someone and they were completely understaffed. We were not given all information regarding the actual problem or what caused the problem.

Had camera installed in the my GMC truck. Work done was excellent. The wait time was a bit long (I was waiting in the waiting room for over 4 hours).
