Mobile Service:

Our technicians will arrive at your home or work in a purpose-built MobileService+1 van fully equipped to perform select services, including vehicle diagnostics, software programming, and tire services.

Pickup & Delivery:

If you choose this option, or if a service can only be performed at a dealership, we'll pick up your vehicle from the location of your choice, and if available, leave a loaner to enjoy while service is performed.

Loaner with Customer Dropoff:

You can also choose to drop off your vehicle at your participating MobileService+1 dealership and collect a loaner yourself. We'll make every effort to provide an EV loaner to EV owners.

Mobile Service

A MobileService+ van from Schumacher Buick GMC of West Palm Beach is purpose-built for professional automotive work, not just basic inspections. Each van comes prepared, stocked with factory-approved tools, certified parts, and diagnostic technology designed to work with your Buick or GMC vehicle. There's no waiting area, drop-off paperwork to complete, and no disruption to your day.

What to expect:

  • Factory-trained technician on-site: Your assigned technician handles a range of routine services, including oil changes, tire rotations, battery checks and installation, and brake pad replacements, and software updates and diagnostic scanning, all completed at your home or workplace.
  • GM-certified equipment: Every MobileService+ van carries factory-approved tools and parts specific to Buick and GMC vehicles, ensuring work meets the same standards as an in-dealership visit.
  • Advance notice for exceptions: Select services may require a visit to the dealership due to equipment requirements or local regulations. The MobileService+ team will flag this before your appointment so you can plan accordingly.

What Can the MobileService+ Technician Perform at Your Location?

Routine Maintenance

The MobileService+ van handles the maintenance your Buick or GMC needs, including oil and filter changes, brake pad and rotor replacements, tire rotations, 12V battery testing and replacement, wiper blade swaps, and engine, air, diesel, and cabin air filter changes. They will also check all coolant, transmission, washer fluid, brakes, and power steering fluids, and top off as needed.

Diagnostic & Repair

The MobileService+ van is also equipped to diagnose a range of issues and perform repairs on the spot. The technician can run full diagnostic scans, service electrical and wiring components, program or replace key fobs, repair door locksets, and address mirror and window mechanisms. Covered interior items include seat components, upholstery, instrument panel concerns, and cabin lighting, and hose inspections and the installation of select accessories.

Software

The MobileService+ technician can keep the software in your Buick or GMC vehicle up to date by performing on-site module programming and system calibrations to meet the latest GM specifications.

Recalls

Select recall repairs are eligible for MobileService+, so an open recall on your Buick or GMC may be resolved at your home or office without a separate trip to our dealership. The service team will confirm recall eligibility at the time of scheduling.

Pickup & Delivery

Our pickup & delivery service provides greater flexibility with zero logistical hassle. Schedule a pickup, and a Schumacher Buick GMC of West Palm Beach service coordinator will retrieve your vehicle from the location you specify, whether that's your driveway, a parking garage, or your office.

What to expect:

  • Convenient retrieval: Your vehicle is picked up from any location you choose. No need to rearrange your schedule or arrange a ride to the dealership.
  • Loaner vehicle included: A loaner is available to keep you moving throughout the day, so the service appointment runs entirely in the background of your routine.
  • Seamless transition from mobile service: Pickup and delivery are also the default path for any service that cannot be performed on-site. Our team will coordinate all the details, from start to finish, and return your vehicle once the work is complete.

Loaner with Customer Dropoff

If you would rather drop off your vehicle in person on your way to work, you can drive it to our service center at Schumacher Buick GMC of West Palm Beach, check in with a service specialist, and hand off the keys. We will provide you with a loaner to drive while we service your vehicle.

What to expect:

  • Quick dropoff: No extended wait required. You only need to leave your vehicle and the key fob with our service team and get on with your day.
  • EV loaner availability: Buick or GMC EV owners are prioritized for an electric loaner vehicle. Availability is confirmed at scheduling.
  • Right for bigger jobs: More involved repairs and multi-point inspections benefit from extended shop time. This option gives technicians the time needed to complete the work properly without rushing.
  • Loaner vehicle: Subject to availability. The service team will confirm details when your appointment is booked.

A service specialist will notify you when your vehicle is ready. Then you only need to return the loaner and pick up your car or truck. It's simple and convenient.
